In 1998, Kay Kuhne established A-D Studio --- an Architectural Design Firm in Tallahassee, Florida.  After working for many years in architectural firms in Michigan, Massachusetts,
Germany, and Florida, she decided to start her own  home-based business, as a sole proprietor.  A  flexible schedule was possible... time for family, friends, and volunteer work.

Since 2008, Kay has been constructing 3D computer-generated models and providing photo-realistic renderings for local Construction and Design/Build Firms. Other services include:
site planning, landscape design, technical detailing, drafting, area/cost studies, and so on.
 
A wide range of consulting services, to address almost every design situation or development,
is offered on an hourly or fixed-fee basis.  One project is done at a time, to assure that a Client receives  full and undivided attention, until satisfactory completion of the Project.

For smaller projects, such as contemporary homes, remodeling, or additons to existing buildings, we work closely with home-owners and their contractors and other consultants. 
Larger projects include health care facilities, apartments, offices, and Churches.
Regardless of size, every project is focused on aesthetics, functionality, cost, structural integrity, energy efficiency, and cost/benefit considerations.
